Website Membership Data Protection Notice
Dear individuals wishing to become a member of our website, this "Data Protection Notice" has been prepared by Gensa Genel Sağlık Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş., acting as "Data Controller" and "Data Processor", in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
In this capacity, we may collect, record, store, preserve and update your personal information as indicated in the applicable legal regulations, and, to the extent and discretion permitted by legislation, transfer it to third parties.
Your personal data is obtained from you via our website for the purposes of exercising access authorizations, conducting activities in compliance with legislation, carrying out communication activities, conducting / auditing business activities, managing customer relationship processes, carrying out customer satisfaction activities, conducting marketing analysis studies, and carrying out management activities; it is stored securely in both digital and physical environments for as long as your membership continues and for the periods stipulated by legislation.
The personal data in question is processed on the legal grounds that it is "mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation", "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it directly concerns the parties to the contract", "mandatory for the data controller's legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms", and "mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right".

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding the rights listed below by filling out the "Gensa Application Form" and sending it to us via info@genart.com.tr We will evaluate your requests as soon as possible and conclude them free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data where the relevant conditions are met,
- To request that your personal data be deleted or destroyed under the conditions set out in Article 7,
- To request that the actions taken under items (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to a result that is to your detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in the event you suffer a loss due to unlawful processing of your personal data,
In the event of any change in your personal information, your most recently provided information will be taken as the basis unless you notify us.
